We stumbled upon a lovely family hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, conveniently located close to the highway on our way back to Bavaria from Italy. the hotel was opposite a supermarket, making it easy to stock up on supplies for our journey home. the traditional restaurant provided good food, and the wellness area and pool had a fantastic view. the personnel were friendly, and the room was comfortable and well-fitted.

One minor improvement could be made regarding signage or direction throughout the hotel, making it easier to find assigned breakfast tables and other areas of the hotel.

The hotel is family run & all staff are extremely friendly & polite. English is spoken by most staff, but not all. The decor & facilities at the hotel are lovely, very traditional Austrian but totally in keeping with the local area. The food is excellent & alsways very fresh.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel! the room was outstanding - big, comfortable, and immaculately clean. the spa was fantastic, we loved the sauna and the pool, it was refreshing and exactly what we needed. the location was also great, close to ski resorts and restaurants.

There were some minor dislikes, for example, the breakfast lacked variety and the shower pressure was low. these did not detract from our overall wonderful experience at the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the highway, making it convenient for our journey back to Bavaria from Italy. Plus, there was a supermarket right across the street, making it easy to grab any last-minute necessities.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends without any hesitation.

The circular trail around the Schlierersee offered a fascinating exploration of the natural and cultural area. The Wastlwirt restaurant served delicious regional specialties. The spacious wellness area was perfect for relaxation after a day in the Lungau mountains.

Had an amazing time bringing in the New Year with my family at this charming hotel. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The traditional restaurant served some of the best food we've ever had. We especially loved the local Austrian bacon which was so delicious. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was directly opposite a supermarket and just a hop away from the ski bus stop, which made it super convenient for us. We also enjoyed some of the wellness facilities, particularly the refreshing swimming pool and sauna.

That the beds were a bit firm for our liking. the lack of air conditioning made it a bit uncomfortable at times.

I loved the traditional restaurant with its delicious food and the beautiful ambiance created by all the candles. The wellness area with the renovated pool and sauna had a stunning view. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location opposite a supermarket and close to the highway was perfect for my needs. The friendly staff were very welcoming and accommodating.
